What we eat - and how we cook it - is crucial to our health and our corresponding bad nutrition habits prevent us from sustaining a balanced diet.

During these workshops you will discover key facts about the kinds of foods which will boost your family's energy and vitality and you'll receive a set of fresh, healthy new recipes using organic and seasonal ingredients.

The aim is to learn the beneficial mechanisms surrounding nutrition and how best to avoid illness by eating 'clean', introducing natural foods, reducing inflammation and detoxifying your body. You will discover the cooking methods and ideas which best support you in strengthening your digestive system and boosting your immunity for a healthier life.

Each workshop carries a theme which we will discuss, followed by a cooking session and the opportunity to eat together.

The importance of cereals, whole grains, and seeds.  Effects of dairy products on our body and discovering substitutes.

4. 09/02/2017: Keep Track of the Fats!

Which fats are good for you and which ones should you be avoiding?

 5. 09/03/2017: Sugar, addiction?

Naturally sweet foods in your daily diet. The most common cravings, how to eliminate them and healthy and delicious alternatives.
